Motherboard with legacy ports

I have a test application where I need a dozen systems with the following:

4G DRAM
Intel or AMD 2G+ CPU
Serial port
Parallel port
2 - Gbit ethernet ports
4 - USB 2.0 ports
on board video to 1900 x 1200 resolution (DVI port preferred)
Windows XP Professional.

The question of why serial and parallel is my client has applications that talk to peripherals that will only work on parallel and serial interfaces. USB to parallel/serial converters do not work with my client's software. I guess I could look for a motherboard with 4 PCI slots but if I have a choice I prefer to have them integrated.

Any clues as where I might find such a motherboard?

This is about the closest I found at a good price, without DVI but able to meet 1900 x 1200.
