1st build, no boot

Greetings everyone heres my build

Gigabyte p55-ud3r
Intel i5 750
Corsair 4GB 2x2GB DDR3
Radeon HD 5750
ModXStream Pro 600W
Seagate Barracuda SATA 500mb

Finally got everything connected and NOTHING, no fans no lights no beeps, nothing.

I took everything off reconnected, and still nothing. I found shortstuff's MB boot checklist and everything seems ok, obviously not, need help please.

If absolutely nothing turns on, it's likely the PSU or motherboard. Do you have another build to test parts with? The best and one of the only ways to test these is to swap the parts with another build.

I have the computer im on now its a Dell Dimension E521, how would I be able to test them using this system?

Well, the first thing I would do is check to see if the PSUs can be swapped. That might not be possible, as Dell sometimes uses a non-standard power connector. If it's the same, just unplug everything in both builds. Then take the Dell PSU and plug it into the other build. Try to start it up. Then take the OCZ unit and plug it into the Dell, and try to boot.

If the Dell work and the other doesn't, it's something other than the PSU. If the other build works and the Dell doesn't, it's probably the PSU. If they both work, I have no idea what's going on.
