What chip & memory

I have seen the I7-860 which fits Lga 1156 P55 motherboard and theh I7-920 which will fit LGA 1336 X58 motherboard. so which is best combination?
I7-920 = £ 180
I7-860 = £190
Motherboard P55 = £ 112
Motherboard X58 = £ 180
So price difference is minimal.

Next what memeory 1600 MHZ = £125 for 4Gb or 1333 Mhz = £ 70 for 4 Mb
CL 8 Or CL9? what is difference.

Any suggestions please.

1156 has no forseeable upgrade path, so if ur not willing to concider amd, i would suggest the i7 920,

the cas of memory is not a very important factor, exept to ocers etc, so i would go with the cheaper ddr3 kit, performance difference will be less than 1%
