Video card not detected

Hello, i've just move my desktop, and when i turn it off there's no display, so i remove the video card and clean the connections and it works for a while 10sec.s max. then i replace it with new one and perfectly good co'z i have tested it in the other desktop that have the same specs but still nothing and now it cannot detect any video cards, what will i do now?
