Heatsink selection for mATX build.

I'll be OC'ing a i5-3570K inside a Fractal Arc Mini case. Their website says it can accomodate up to a 165mm cooler. The Hyper 212 EVO weighs in at 159mm according to Newegg. This seems like it's cutting things kinda close. Should I go with the EVO, or is there a comparable heatsink out there?

Weird, Apparently Hyper Evo is 1mm taller than a Noctua?

Well there are other solutions, one great one is the Gelid-GX7, if you want to spend a bit more the Thermaltake Frio is a great choice(loud though).
