Blue Screen of Death

Hey guys,

I own a Acer Veriton 7900pro, and just recently I put in 2GB of new RAM (Corsair Dominator 1066MHz) after installing this RAM when I play Crysis after a while the blue screen of death appears .

The PC currently has a;
Chipset - INTEL Q965
OS - Windows XP
Processor - Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600
RAM - 2GB corsair dominator 1066MHz
Video card - Nvidia 9400 GT

Note: The RAM I used before the new one was Samsung 2x512MB 4200U

Could you please mention the error code that you get on the BSOD?

trying to get the error code up atm, but when I start the pc constant beeping occurs?

Hmm... That suggests the RAM's are dead. Does the LED on the motherboard light up? If you have some spare RAM's or some RAM of your friend that you can borrow put it in and try to switch on you PC.

The beeping has now stopped but the monitor or keyboard won't work.
Any ideas?

Is there a way I can look up the error.

Because when looking at my system information it only recognizes 1GB, but direct x recognizes the 2GB.

Is your PC booting up properly? Or are you getting the beeps as soon as you turn on the PC?

The PC is booting up properly now the error code was:

Try buescreenview if you can get to windows.
