"USB Over Current Status Detected"

Hello,My system now shows a message "USB Over Current Status Detected" and shuts down after 15 seconds i removed all front panel usb and check but no use.But sometimes pc boots up with no problem my board is P5KPL AM/PS .This problem is really irritating me.Please help me

Check the USB ports for short-circuiting. A piece of metal or bent pins may cause shorts in the ports or motherboard itself is shorting.

Thanks for your help but no use nowadays system shows every time this same error,please help me!!!I check piece of metals or bent pins but i cant find anything.

Go to Device Manager and expand ( click the plus sign on the left of ) Universal Serial Bus Controller. Right-click each of them and click Uninstall/Remove/Delete, whatever the word is.

Restart your PC. Upon bootup, Windows will re-install the drivers for your USB controllers.
