No boot device available

hello members of tom's hardwere i would to know how can i solve this problem, when i turn on my computer fix this message, just gives me the option f2 to setup and f12 boot menu, but it cant accept to run, how can i solve it..?

Use F2 to get into the bios and make sure the boot device is set properly. If it is set properly, you may need to do a repair install of XP.

the cmos has lost the boot order, so boot into safe mode thats f8 at start-up

Utter rubbish - the system won't boot man! Stop posting bad advice under a dozen different names - it doesn't help anyone.
