Best memory choice for EP45-Ud3lr

Hey guys ,

I 'd like to ask whats the best ddr2 memory choice for that type of mobo.

At the moment i have 800 mhz Kingston 2x2gb , but i'd like to upgrade ,and preferably d liek to get some stable memory at high mhz rates OC'ed to 1366+ preferably.

Which one , especially what types are good choice for OCing?

However,no one can guarantee you that you can OC it to 1366MHz or more.You have to play with the settings.
