Msconfig not working from run command

Hello,
manually i run msconfig and un check boot box and apply start windows normally. when the system restart windows working in safe mode, these happened many times. also by f8 the same -what u recom.....

Your title and post don't quite match, you can't run msconfig or the issue is that the computer starts in Safe Mode? msconfig can't really fix anything if you have an issue that causes the system to start in Safe Mode. When did this start happening? Any other errors that come up when you start Windows? Have you tried running a Repair setup or a full re-installation of Windows?
