SSD Boot Drive?

Hello, I recently bought a 32 GB SSD, and I want to use it as a boot drive for Windows 7 Pro 64 bit.
I want to store all my games, videos, music, etc on a HDD, I would like to put my drivers on the SSD. Can someone please explain to me how this is done? Thank you!
