User startup items

my computer is on a windows server 2003 network. my login is not an admin account. when i start up my computer there are two files that try to load (i'm sure it was from a virus) that it can't find and a software install that i don't have permission to install. how do i get rid of these 3 items? they don't show up anywhere on an admin login.

  1. Install "autoruns" and it will show you all your startup programs and allow you to disable them if needed.
