Hello,

Until the "Our apologies...." message comes on then turns off, my computer starts easy enough. It just doesn't stay on. By pressing "Enter" repeatedly, I can over ride and get the Windows XP page to come on. But it doesn't stay on or open either.

Why?

Thanks for the help.
