I got an attachment and can't open it. It says This file does not have a program associated with it to perform this action. create an association in the folder options control panel. On the attachment it has Name IMG_1410.MOV Type Unknown File Type.
When I click on open Then I get this box saying
C:\Documents and Setting\Administrator\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.
IE5\IPQ8CHT3\IMG_1410.MOV

You need a program that knows how to handle .MOV files. Once the program is installed, it will register itself. Quicktime can play MOV files.
