Help new build!

OK guys i just built my first ever comp, i been runing it for 2 days seems ok to me but i downloaded CPUz and i am a noob, but this dont look right to me and i might need a hand. Also i know nothing about bio or anything.

My MB is the Asus M4a79xtd EVO
CPU Phenom II 945 3.0
650W PSU
5770 Sapphire GPU


ok my Cpu core speed jumps around from 800Mhz to 3000mhz is that right or should it just stay at 3000mhz?

Also my ram is 666mhz shouldnt it be 1333 or 1600?

First: Your CPU is fine. It looks like you have power save enabled in your BIOS so when there is no CPU activity, it slows down to conserve power.

Second: Your RAM is running at 1333Mhz (666x2), so it is not running a manufacturer speeds. You will need to go into your BIOS and adjust your RAM setting to match what specs are listed on the RAM.

Ok thanks also how do i change it in my bios?

And also i have been playing world of warcraft probably for about 5 hours all together and my computer have froze up 4 times only for about 2-4 sec then its fine again i wouldnt think wow would be that hard on this comp since its probably over kill for the game so what you think is causing that?
