Can't run WEI anymore

I recently built a new computer and ran WEI. I have since overclocked the RAM and the CPU, and now when I run WEI, it gets through 95% then says it can't test my SSD and quits out. Any idea why? I'm not sure why it is now having issues testing my SSD.

How much space is left on the SSD.

Or check if RAM OC is successful, run the Memtest or Windows memory diagnostics?

52.1 Gigs. I set the memory back to 1600 (even though stock was 1833) since I kept getting crashes while gaming.

Even after setting everything back to default, I still can't run WEI. No issues with the memory.

I deleted MacDrive, and that seemed to take care of the issue. Thanks everyone for the help!
