[Help] Suggest a round frame, high CFM fan.

Hello.

I'm looking for an optimal fan for a Phanteks PHTC14-PE.
So far they need to fill the minimum requirements;

Airflow greater than; 88.6 CFM
Dimensions; 140 x 140 x 25mm
Noise level not above; 37 dB
No static pressure constraints.

Edit: Found an interesting option.
Silverstone FHP 141
It has up to 171 CFM but comes at the cost of 43.5 Db.

I think I will be going with this fan unless someone finds something exceptionally close to 37 Db with a better noise/CFM ratio that also happens to have a round frame.
The color is also neat, it will go well with a black phanteks heatsink.
I'll update you guys on the performance once I get my rig built.
