Hello everybody, I'm thinking about buying new PC, so I got such kit:

Motherboard: ASUS S1366 IX58 DDR3 CROSFIREX ESATA ATX
CPU: INTEL CORE I7-920 2.66G 8M LGA1366 BOX
RAM: CORSAIR DDR3-1600 6G 3X240 DIMM XMS3 CHS
HDD: WD CAVIAR BLACK 1TB SATA3 7200RPM 64MB
GPU: VGA 1GB GDDR5 PCIE16 HD5870/21161-00-54R SAPPHIRE
CASE: Cooler Master High Air Flow (HAF)-932 Big Tower Full AL chassis, ATX,E-ATX
PSU: Modular PSU Silent Pro M 850,ATX Form Factor 12V V2.3 / SSI standard EPS 12 V V2.92

And a ZALMAN EXTREME CPU COOLER 1156/1366/775 so I could overclock CPU a bit with no worries.

So, what's your opinion about this rig? Is it worth buying? I think I'd add another HD5870 later this year when the price goes down.

Almost everything looks perfect to me. However I've seen multiple reviews of the Silent Pro series of power supplies say that voltage stability on the 12V rails dropped when they had to power more than one graphics card. If I know where you are shopping I will probably be able to find another one that will be better, if not cheaper. The voltage drop isnt likely to be catastrophic, but is something that should be avoided if possible.
Have you considered the HAF 922? It is only slightly smaller than the 932 and usually cheaper.
If you can get the i7 930, it isn't usually much more expensive than the 920, but is better in performance and overclocking.

It'd be nice to know the CAS latency on the RAM (lower is better), and the WD drive doesn't use 500 GB platters, but other than that, it all looks pretty decent.

Well I need that PC fast, and the shop I'm going to buy from doesn't have i7 930's atm and probably won't have them soon. Anyway I guess it's not such a big deal those 140mhz, is it?

And about power supplies.. http://www.skytech.lt/kompiuteriu-komponentai-maitinimo-blokai-c-86_85_300.html?sort=5d&pav=0 This is the link for those, what about INTER-TECH Power Supply IT-C850 or ZALMAN PSU 750W, but will 750 be enough for 2x GPUs?

Assuming you're set on using milo.com, you should get slightly better performance for $10 more with this kit. If that's an option. It sounds like you're buying a pre-packaged do-it-yourself computer, in which case it looks like a pretty good buy, though it would also be helpful to know the price, as it's possible you could buy all of that on newegg (or wherever) for cheaper than the kit (and get slightly better RAM).

Generally, the recommendation is to go with hard drives with the newest tech, 500 GB platters. The drives that use this are:
Samsung Spinpoint F3 (500 GB, 1 TB, etc.)
Seagate 7200.12 (500 GB, 1 TB, etc.)
Western Digital Caviar Black 2 TB (and only the 2 TB model)

The 500 GB Spinpoint has been out of stock on newegg for the last few weeks, but the 1 TB model is in. The Seagate drive is $85 with free shipping, the Samsung Spinpoint is $90 with free shipping, and the WD is $100. Newer/better tech, lower prices, seems like a no-brainer.
