Need some advice

I am really new at trying to improve my system and would like some advice. I have a Biostar TA880 GB+ MoBo with a Phenom II 965 processor and Im thinking of trying a Liquid cooling system instead of the bulky CPU fan and heatsink, is there a good system that works with my MoBo that wont cost the earth?

Well, it could give him the thermal over head to be able to OC that thing to hell, in which case he would get extra performance.
