Ok so I built a new computer last night. I do have a faulty GPU that I am RMA'ing. Last night when I shut my computer off I left in a 2 GB Sony USB stick. Well I took it out this morning before booting up and booted up and saw that the BIOS was posting EXTREMELY slow. It would seriously take like 10 minutes just to get to the setup screen. Well after some investigation I decided to put the USB stick back in and boot up and lo and behold it boots up just fine! I've tried a good many of things to get it to boot up correctly without the USB stick but nothing has worked.

I have gone all the way to Windows 7 and removed it correctly. I have also formatted the stick... still nothing.
I tried disabling all the USB Ports in BIOS... still nada.

I am a bit stuck here guys. I don't want my new system to rely on a stupid little stick to have to boot up correctly. I have an ASUS Maximus III Forumula.
