Case fans connected to Mobo, or PSU?

Hi, just a quick question.

My case (Cooler Master Sileo 500) included 2 case fans.
I connected the back fan to the mobo, and the front to a 4 pin molex from the PSU.

The question is, does it matter where you connect them? Will it affect performance of the mobo or fan speed? Thx!

No... it doesn't matter how you connect the case fans. It won't effect the performance of the MOBO. Depending on the case fan, it may make the fan adjust speeds up or down through the MOBO sensors, again nothing to be worried about.
