For the following 3 types of Ram what is the min and max size, speed, and price.

SD-DDR RAM

DDR 2 RAM

DDR 3 RAM

I doubt anyone does all this work for you there are many diffrent speeds and they are changing all the time for the top end anyway...

go here, click on the advanced search>click on the "speeds" dropdown

this should show you all the DDR types and the speeds for it. Might wanna double check them though, might be a few missing
