Ok well first I am running windows 7 home 64 bit which I upgraded from vista 64 bit which I dont like so I am planning on buying a full retail version of windows 7 professional. Ok so the problems, first I feel my system is not running like it should be, all i really do it watch tv shows and surf the web on my 24inch monitor and play like 12 tables of poker on my 30inch monitor. Just doing those things my computer feels sluggish and like freezes for a sec when trying to multitask which is annoying because I feel like with my system i should be flying through things ( i could be thinking my build is better then it really is, in that case please let me know) prob build it like a year ago if not a little longer here are the specs:

the next problem is I renewed my antivirus AVG 8.5, so i uninstalled my avg and downloaded the new one AVG 9.0. When trying to install the avg 9.0 kept giving me error so I tried using the system restore which I really dont know about to like 2 days ago thinking my avg will still be on the system. To my surprise the avg was still deleted and now when i download programs it shows up and a file that cant be found so I restart my computer and the file becomes a executable file but then I try to install and get an error of this is not a valid 32 bit application.
Anyone know how to help with any of this would be GREATLY APPRECIATED. Thank you
