Memory compatability with motherboard

Hello,
My motherboard only uses DDR PC3200 200mhz RAM and I can only find PC3200 400mhz am I likely to see compatibility issues?

Run cpuz. If it says the speed is two hundred, the actual speed is four hundred. The speed is measured coming and going in cycles. So, you multiply the reading by two. pc3200 only comes as four hundred speed.
