Cant change cpu ratio

Well I was getting around to oc'ing my i5 3570k on a msi z77a gd65 motherboard and i couldnt chang the cpu ratio in click bios two, it's really odd. I was able to change every thing else excpet that could anybody give me any suggestions on what to do and how to enable it so i can change it manually because right now its set at auto and i cant change it, it doesnt have the brakets around it

Did you try changing it in the BIOS?

Yes thats where I tried it but it didnt work im going to update my bios to see if that will help
