i want to protect my personal folder in windows xp in drive e ...i want to protect my folder ...nobody see this folder...i want to a password ..to protect that folder

You can use the free tool Truecrypt. However, be warned: if you loose your password there will be no backdoor or any other way to decrypt your files.

XP encryption is a joke, and MANY people have lost all their data because of it. Truecrypt is better AND safer than Windows encryption.
