Need help identifying cable similar to SATA

I'm looking to buy a new power supply to run my new graphics card, but there are two strange cables that are being used in my default power supply (Dell Inspiron 518) to supply power to my CD Drive and my hard drive. They look very similar to a SATA, but isnt the same. Can anyone help?

Could possibly be Dell proprietary Crap. You never know.

The power supply uses a standard ATX wiring configuration, no Dell proprietary Crap on it other than the wire lengths and connector amounts.
