Hitachi Touro Pro Error 2103

Attempted to install Touro Pro (Windows) and and received the message " Error 2103.
What does that mean?

A little more detail would be helpful.

First, what did the message come from?

Second, if I searched correctly, this is an external USB 3.0 drive. "Install" is an odd word here. Do you mean when you connect it to the PC, or did some software come with it that you are installing? Or does it try to run an installation via Autostart when you connect the drive?

Do you have any USB 3.0 devices that work with that system, or is this the first one that has been connected to it?

More detail will be helpful in diagnosing the problem.

There is a 2103 error associated with the Windows Installer.
