Here is a guide:
http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/274820-29-black-editi...

recommended maxes
1.55v max vcore
55C max temp
1.3v max cpu-N/B

Set yourself a goal for right around 3.9-4.0Ghz for cpu and 2800Mhz for the N/B. Only overclock one thing at a time and test for stability using prime95 for at least two hours all while watching the temps using HWmonitor.

Any other questions you have for this thread?

Is that really the recommended max cpu-NB voltage?! :heink:  Dear god, I need to check what other people are running that setting at on my model motherboard, because if that limit is universal, I should have had sirens and red lights going off to warn me a good .1v+ ago....

As far as I knew 1.3v was a commonly recommended max. Upon doing some more reading, some people are suggesting that you can go to 1.4 and others are saying 1.55. It's hard to know who to believe so I'm gonna stick with "better safe than sorry" and keep voltage around 1.3v for the max cpu-N/B
