Looks like Doom clone from the description. It's an online game so hardware requirements cannot be too high.

I do not know what type of system you have (operating system, cpu, gpu, etc.) however this game is very old and was designed to run under DOS. A windows 3.X system would run it and you might get an xp system to run it under win 95 compatibility. The game would not support over 800x600 or a little higher because higher resolutions did not exist when it was made.

Buy it from Gog.com, they have pre-configured old games (cheap btw). It should work that way (inclusively in W7 X64)
