Maximus III Gene CPU heatsink

Hello,
does anyone know if the Coolermaster V6 fits on the Asus Maximus III Gene?

Yes...

It will fit the ASUS Maximus III Gene. I see nothing on the motherboard that will get in the way of the heat sink, like I've seen on other boards.
