I can't instll audio driver

i have alenovo G560 laptop. i cant install the audio driver for windows xp SP2. i have install the .net framework. still its nt getting installed. a Realtek High Defination Audio Driver is already installed in it and i am unable to uninstall it. the lenovo drivers pack has a "conexant audio driver" reffered for installation bt its nt getting installed. when i start installing it, it shows the message " Access Denied" and then "Driver Installation failed: Could not find the device for this driver".
please help me !!

Are you Administrator ?
A previous failed install/uninstall may be the cause.
Failed installation Cleanup utility (Run this to see if it corrects problem)

1, - Click on Windows Icon.
2. - Click Install or upgrade software hardware
Then click install or remove programs.
3. - Click Run Now (In green Box)

harry here: click the update on programs menu, it will install that net framework have the same problem cause I have a Leneovo Thinkpad then install the sound drivers it will work like a charm, also while ur at Lenovo get all drivers & burn then to a cd/rw also .dll the same that when u need 1 again u drop in the cd & pow it's in
