I have tech com cabinate and asus P5KPL AM/PS.
My Cabinate HDD front LED Red light not glowing when i work on it.
how can i solved the problem.
i have intel core 2 duo pross., hdd 500 gb, 4gb ram.
please help me out.

I'm assuming you mean your hdd activity light?
are both wires from the led plugged into the motherboard correctly?
it may just be that the led itself has died, it happens now and again, see if you can power it off another connector to test it, swap the wires from that led with the power light ones, which should always be on whilst your pc's powered up
