the USb FOR my dell note BOOK DOES NOT RESPOND TO FLASH DISKS , PLIZ HELP ME.

Are you talking about flash drives (like USB drives)? What is it doing? Is this when you are in the OS, or are you trying to boot from it? What OS do you have - XP, Win 7? Does it just not autorun, or not show up at all in My Computer. Does it show up in the Disk Management or Device manager?
