Try updating the driver in device manager. If no joy, go to your computer MFG site, and download for your computer model.

go to the card in the device manager, right click on it go to drivers click update be online when u do this it will look on the computer then go on line to the manufacture for them then it start the download click save then run, they will install, it a good thing to back-up all drivers & .dll's cause the com., can't without both, keep the on 2 cd 1 for each so u when u need 1 u pop in the cd & pow u have it done in seconds...
