well yes the i7 930, will be of lots of help when encoding, so +1 on that.
No overcloking means you can use the stock HSF.
and no gaming involve means no super GPU is needed.

Now for this rig, a strong video card isnt needed, but a strong drive the speed up read/write is a must, and it happens that there is a great increase, up to 6 times the speed of a reg HDD.

I know you say no gaming, but this card will actually give you some competitive performance, and the price isnt bad, but if you decide you can go with the 512mb version or the lower 5750 for that matter, if gaming isnt an issue at all.

there were failing when they first release due to some bad J-micron chip but it seems Intel and Ocz fix this issue with the second generation of SSD, actually Intel is up to the third generation/revision already but they do cost premium, and then is Ocz with there mainstream line up "Vertex" which is really fast at a good price, like the one I'm recommending you, whats good about SSD's is the speed time over a hard drive, its up to 6 times faster than the faster HHD out there.

Here is a review of the vertex i recommended:

60gb seems so small but I'm on a laptop now with an 80gb drive with lots of music and pictures and I still have over 20gb free. :)
I've read about the
SSD drives all night and they appear to make a huge difference with just a little work in the setup.
Thanks for your suggestions. I'll probably order tomorrow.
I'll keep you posted
