I7 Build any thoughts?

I haven't built a PC in a while and would like some input
I currently have an i7 920 and was thinking about the following:
Antec Nine Hundred Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case
CORSAIR CMPSU-650TX 650W ATX12V
CoolMaster v8
EVGA 512-P3-N871-AR GeForce 9800 GTX+
OCZ Gold 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600

I was unsure of the mother board I was thinking of one of the following:
Open Box: ASUS P6T Deluxe V2
ASUS P6T SE LGA 1366
ASUS P6T LGA 1366

EVGA E758-TR 3-Way SLI
EVGA 141-BL-E757-TR LGA
EVGA E758-A1 3-Way SLI

I am going to be using Visual Studio(multiple windows), Dreamweaver and Photoshop all simultaneously. I do some gaming. I have plans to overclock, and want to make sure the motherboard is good for this and will be stable. The system will be using two 22" monitors or a 32" lcd depending on what I am working on.

go for the Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD3R - great value with money and very feature rich motherboard. with USB 3.0 and Sata 6GBs.

The rest looks good unless you maybe want to consider a different GPU for the gaming that you do. You mentioned that you do some so have

yep newer DX 11 for the later games and good value for money. Depending on budget you can step up to a 5850 just depends on how much you want to spend

Is the Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD3R board good for overclocking?

reports I have seen suggest that this board is great for OC'ng - more based on the CPU - but rates of over 4.2GHz are no problems.

What is your hard drive you will be using?

May I suggest a different HSF... The Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus. It will perform equal or better than the V8 for less money.

WD 1TB It seemed to get good reviews from newegg, but I am not sold any thing in the system. I am open to any suggestions.

WD 1TB Black is a great drive, however some of the newer drives are better... Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB & Seagate 7200.12 1TB, which are based on single 500GB platters.

Western Digital Caviar Black WD1002FAEX 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" for $199.99 - same sata speed as the board, my understand is that it uses 2 x 500GB platters so will offer great performance

I just upgrade to the F3 1TB to go along with my Intel X25-M G2 80GB & my old WD VRaptor 300GB. I'm happy with it's performance!!
