ALT + shorcuts are not working

Hi ,

i have W<indows XP sp3 , and my shortcuts was working well , and i was playing DiRT 2 then i get a notification about shortcuts ( because i was pressing shirt and ctrl ... ) , and i didn't even read it i just clicked at ok or cancel .

after that i was chating in facebook when i want to write "@" i can't ,it write "à" ( i have FR keyboard , ALT + à ) .

also other ALT + shortcuts are not working .

and my ALT buttons works fine

u don't need to push Ctrl on the short cut just tap it 1 time
