Upgrade help?

I recently received this computer as a gift, and I opened it and now I cannot take it back, (stupid pc world policy) so I was wondering if anyone could help me with what I can upgrade in the region of motherboard and processor? 1.4ghz is truly awful and the max for an amd E1-1200 is 1.7ghz, but id really like 3.4 ghz? is there anyway of achieving this? with only changing the 2 mentioned above? thanks in advance!

these would be your least expensive. just from a quick look. you can find MB with onboard graphics, and a non apu, cpu.
