Sandisk Problem

I have a Cruzer 16GB. I had to reformat it on a 32bit Compaq Vista PC. But now I can only reformat to 1.2GB (tried both FAT & NTFS). How can I reformat to get 16GB back.

I contacted Sandisk but they are hopeless.

I appreciate any help.

Try formatting with FAT32..
