What is a good low priced graphics card for my presario SR5023WM

I have a compaq presario SR5023WM with 2G of ram Vsta HM Prem with an open PCIE-16 slot and a plasma 720P and want to watch DVD's hooked up to my PC using stragight HDMI. What is the best low priced graphics card available?

You will be better off with something like the HD4550, the 8800 is a fine card, but far, far too much for your needs, and it needs at least one 6 pin PCI-E power connector to function, the HD4550 does not.
Also be aware that meny OEM systems use small cases, which may limit you to low profile cards.
