How to Boot from A different Hard Drive

Okay, here's my situation. I have Two HDs in my computer. One is running windows, and the other one isn't running anything. I want to SWITCH windows from 1 HD to the other, is that possible?

Yes you can reinstall windows on the new drive! Then there is drive cloning http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Disk_cloning
