With the AC adapter plugged-in and Speedstep enabled my Thinkpad T20 won't
boot past the BIOS screen. With Speedstep disabled, the laptop boots
perfectly fine. I flashed to the most current BIOS, and this hasn't fixed
the problem. Anyone have a similar experience, and/or a solution?
