How do you hook up my tv to the HD5870

Is thier a way to configure my plasma, cable box, and computer so I can record the TV onto my hard drive while watching it?

5870 has only outputs, it cant take in any external signals

search eBay for an 'easycap' USB capture card. i have it, its ultra cheap, but very effective.
