Intel DG43NB and ATI 5770 GPU

i, I am currently owning the following config:
intel E5300 CPU
450W PSU
Intel DG43NB mobo
no graphics and sound card
2 GB DDR2 800 memory
320 GB HDD

I am upgrading to the following config: CPU - Same
Mobo - Same
HDD- Same
PSU - Corsair 650TX
GPU - SAPPHIRE 100283L Radeon HD 5770
Memory - adding one more 2gb DDR2 800 stick

I was wondering if this config will work. pls help!

It should work! Having said that I just had (2 days ago) a nightmare with the exact same mobo when I updated the BIOS to 0105. After the update all I was getting is a blank screen and all the fans in the PC running on 100%. I had to install the previous release which is the 0104.
I just checked intel's website and there is a 0106 release, not sure whether it's gonna work properly though.
