Hey.

My computer which runs on Windows XP home did an automatic security update last night and since then my mouse has not worked. I have unplugged and restarted countless times and I cannot think of what else to do. I tried to call Microsoft, but they wanted to charge me 100$ to fix their screw up. I've tried to system restore, but it will not let me choose a later day via the keyboard and the only other thing I can think of is that somehow the stupid update screwed up the USB driver. Any help would be great and I would be seriously thankful.

God Bless

If the other USB ports don't work then yea try the driver. Everything you can do with the mouse you can the keyboard if you need to install this driver without a mouse.
