Ati radeon 7000 s-video driver

Hello,
im trying to use my tv as a monitor i have a radion 7000 i have a adapter that goes in s-vieo out on pc and rca plugs on other end but i cant get a pic on my tv

Once you have the TV connected (via the S-Video to Composite cables), are you enabling the TV as a secondary monitor in Catalyst Control Center?
