7970 selection

I heard that the 7970 is king atm with the newest drivers out and all i was thinking about getting a 7970 but i dont know which to get

however i hear that some 7970's are Voltage locked and unable to get a sizable overclock out of them... if anyone could point me into the right direction of a well priced not locked 7970 it would be greatly appreciated.

SR-71 i like the first link alot aswell mainly like i said for the cooling and price but ive heard it is voltage locked and if im wanting a decent OC i need one that isnt and theres no real telling i guess in what is and isnt locked

anymore advice/help would be nice and welcomed
