Seeking feedback on $650 budget gaming computer

Greetings!

APPROXIMATE PURCHASE DATE: Monday, March 15 BUDGET RANGE: $650 Before Rebates (Mail in)

SYSTEM USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: Gaming (Wow, Dragonage, etc), movies, surft the internet

PARTS NOT REQUIRED: Keyboard, mouse, monitor, speakers, OS, optical drive

PREFERRED WEBSITE(S) FOR PARTS: Newegg.com COUNTRY OF ORIGIN: USA

PARTS PREFERENCES: The more trusted the better

OVERCLOCKING: Maybe (Probably a little) SLI OR CROSSFIRE: No

MONITOR RESOLUTION: 1280x1024 (for now), 1680x1050(getting a new monitor in another month or two)

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: I would like to try to future proof as best as I can. If possible I would like to have it as quiet as possible. My current computer is rather loud. =)

Thanks for the input= ) Does anyone have an opinion for the UD4 over the UD3? The UD4 has the ACC options I think and the UD3 does not but would the chance for it be worth the higher cost?

I beleive the PSU is most important because a cheap one can burn your hole rig up don't skimp on it. 2nd you can find a refurbished 4890 GPU with a lifetime warranty that play games excellent for about 159.00 .3rd skimp on your case and go small on your HD you can add another 1 later in RAID.You can actually buy a powerfull system if you find some combo's with free shipping .I bought my PC mainly from TIGER Direct because theres no tax here in cali. Enjoy shopping ! check your MVL always.
