Question about Watercooling Basic's / Beginning

I am wondering how to start watercooling and what parts would be needed for a basic watercooling set up with room to grow into a more advanced once later down the road with more experience.

What are good parts / brands and what type of case do i need for watercooling?

This is the case i am looking at, is it good for watercooling? Cooler Master Storm Enforcer ATX Mid Tower Case
